Some of my best childhood memories include Ricky Delong. Our parents were friends and I spent many wonderful hours playing with Ricky and his sister, Mary Dale.  He was a really sweet guy and I enjoy thinking about all the board games we played, all the times we rode his horses, climbed his trees and watched his color tv - the first I had ever seen!  My childhood would not have been so enjoyable without Ricky and his family!

The best friend I ever had. We met before the first grade in school and remained in touch until Ricky's death in 2002. What a loyal buddy.
