A friend through Darby and NHS, Steve and I renewed our friendship in FSA after years of absence as life happened to both of us. Steve became my go-to CPA for personal and business purposes, and one of my ways of leaving behind the stress of law practice was to walk across the street to Steve's office -- usually for a business purpose -- and ending up in a rollicking conversation. Steve was hilariously witty and had an infectious laugh that engaged the lighter side of life. That part of him never changed from junior high-NHS days all through his life. I was stunned when he passed away. RIP, Steve.

Steve was a great friend.  We stayed in touch and visited often for several years after high school. I last saw and spoke with him at the fourtieth reunion.  Wish now I had made more of an effort to stay in touch.  He was kind, gentle, very intelligent and most of all , very funny.  He had a laugh that was contagious and we were all better for having known him.   R.I.P friend.
