Bobby Wayne "Bob" Doss passed away peacefullly Wednesday March 8, 2017, having lived with dementia and Alzeimer's for the last several years. He was born April 21, 1945 in Fort Smith to Geraaldine David Doss and Will Rob Doss. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Agnes "Aggie" Doss, of 43 years. He is survived by one son, Philip Doss and his wife Chandler of Fort Smith; one daughter, Carey Doss Thompson of Fort Smith; one sister, Linda Doss Koch and her husband Ray of Fort Smith. Bob had six grandchildren. He also was survived by a niece and two nephews.

Bob graduated from NHS in 1963, married Aggie in 1965, joined the U.S. Army 978th Postal Unit in 1966, had his first child in '68 and his second in '69..he began a career in banking in the early '70s and worked at City National Bank for 20+ years. He was ultimately named CEO/President of First Financial Bancshares of Oklahoma where he worked until his retirement in 2007....Visitation will be today at 5 PM with Rosary at 6 PM at Edwards Funeral Home. Funeral will be 10 AM Monday at Immaculate Conception Church in Fort Smith, AR., with burial at Saint Mary's Cemetery in FSA
