Harold was born on September 13, 1945 and passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019.

Harold was a resident of Bella Vista, Arkansas at the time of passing.

Harold graduated from Fort Smith Northside High School, in the class of 1963.

He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1967, with one-year service in Vietnam 1966-1967.

September 13, 1945 - January 28, 2019 Harold J. Akridge of Bella Vista passed from this life into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, January 28, 2019 He was born Sept. 13, 1945 in Fort Smith, AR to the late William Joe and Donna Fosteen Akridge. Harold is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Akridge, one son William Joe Akridge II and his wife Millie of Prineville, OR, three grandchildren, Stephanie Akridge and Bradley Akridge of Eugene, and Emily Erickson of Baltimore, MD. Harold graduated from Fort Smith Northside High School, in the class of 1963. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1967, with one-year service in Vietnam 1966-1967. His service to his country was one of his proudest moments. He had a successful career with Kraft Foods in sales and marketing retiring in 2002. Harold was a faithful member of the Bella Vista Church of Christ where he served in many ministries. There will be no services at this time. He will be laid to rest at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home
