Rosamond Ann Hicks Sain, 70, of Ft. Smith died Friday, July 17, 2015, in a local nursing home. She was born Dec. 5, 1944 in Greenwood. She was a self-employed housekeeper for several local families and a member of Ft. Smith Christian Center.
Funeral will be 10 AM Wednesday at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel. She is survived by four daughters, Tresa Wilkins and Elsie Green, both of Ft. Smith, Valerie Wise of Little Rock and Brandy Thomas of Benton; one son, Ronnie Wise of Norman; one stepdaughter, Carolyn Sain of Austin, Texas; three stepsons, Paul Sain of Flagstaff, AZ, Kirk Sain of Dallas, TX, and T.W. Sain of Amarillo, TX.; her mother, Rosamond Hicks of Ft. Smith; one sister, Elizabeth McAllister of Ft. Smith; one brother, Don Hicks of Lakeville, Minn.; 15 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
